Which package should I select?
The Eco-Box it packages have been set up to accommodate the number of bedrooms per residence to provide our clients a suggested number of boxes to meet their respective needs. However, if you find yourself always looking for places to put things due to a lack of storage space you may want to select the next package up. Alternatively, if storage space is not an issue at your residence, perhaps downsizing to a smaller package is the way to go. Either way, Eco-Box it is there ready to assist you.
What delivery and pick up dates and times are available?
Once you select the package you desire, a calendar and drop down bar with available time slots will appear. Please select the dates and times that are most convenient with your schedule
How do I pay for the boxes & supplies?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept gift and prepaid cards from the same companies listed above. Eco-Box it takes your security seriously so all transactions are processed through a secured checkout process.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Absolutely! After you select the most convenient dates and times for your delivery and pick up, Eco-Box it will automatically send you a confirmation email confirming your order. An Eco-Box it Team driver will even text or call you the day of delivery and pick up to confirm his/her arrival so you are always up-to-date.
Can delivery & pick up dates be changed?
Of course! Because we understand that life can be very unpredictable at times and we experience the same unpredictability as you! Family, business, weather, traffic, etc. all adds up to lots of unpredictability. We only request that you contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. We guarantee that we will do our best to accommodate your request but our time slots fill up quickly and we cannot guarantee last minute changes. However, we will work together with you to find a solution.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 1 week. If you choose to keep them less than 1 week we will try to accommodate an earlier pick up but unfortunately no discounts will be provided.
What if I finish early before the selected pick up date?
Simply reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (443)854-1458. We will do our best to accommodate an early pick up. Unfortunately no discounts apply for an early pick up as the inventory was reserved in advance and unavailable for other customers.
What if I need the boxes long-term; more than 6 weeks?

When should I place my order?
As soon as possible! Reduce the stress of moving by securing your boxes early. Most customers place orders 3 to 4 weeks before they move to secure the available box inventory.
